I teach rooms of insurance professionals how to have better conversations.
No slides full of quotes. No thirty minute warmup. Every session is built around language people can use the same week, and I write custom material for your audience before I show up.
It's not how you start
Most people in this business quit in the middle. They start hot, hit the part where the work stops being interesting, and drift. This talk is about the middle, and about the small number of daily behaviors that separate the agents who finish from the ones who plateau. Audiences leave with a one page daily standard and a clear picture of the one habit they have been avoiding.
No physician writes the prescription before the exam. Producers do it constantly, leading with a product before they know what the customer is afraid of losing. This session takes the room through the diagnosis they are skipping, rebuilds their discovery language around it, and puts everyone through live reps until the new order feels normal.
A math problem disguised as a mindset talk. What one excellent customer interaction per day compounds into over a year, and the system for making sure it happens before noon.
Motivation is weather. It changes by the hour, and nobody builds a book of business on weather. Mindset is infrastructure, which is the thing still standing when the weather turns and you have been told no four times before lunch. This session is about building the systems that make how you feel stop being the deciding factor in what you do.
Most producers who stall in the business market do not have a product problem. They have a belonging problem. They can explain a buy-sell agreement fine, and then they sit down across from a business owner and quietly decide they are the junior person in the room. This session covers the technical work, buy-sell funding, key person, executive bonus, and spends just as long on the thing nobody trains, which is walking into a conference table conversation already believing you have earned the chair.
Most of what I deliver is built for the specific room. Send me your agenda and your problem and I will write to it.
- A pre-event call to learn the audience
- Custom examples in your language and your market
- A written one page takeaway for every attendee
- Follow-up material your leaders can run themselves
- I show up early, I stay after, and I do not read slides
Tell me the date and the audience.
The last question is the one I care about most.
